Very fine quality of work. Chris really is a master carpenter and problem solver. This deck was a challenge as it included 5 cantilevered areas, full metal rails and 8+ feet above ground. Diligent attention to detail, square and level. Stair treads are within 1/32 of an inch for 15 steps. rail pickets are exact, work was as promised in a very timely fashion.I would highly recommend Fenceworks NW.

Robert and his guys were prompt, professional, and skilled. Our project was not an easy one and Robert came up with a design that we had pictured and walked us through the whole process. He and his team were able to maneuver some hurdles that came up during the building process and finish the job exactly as we pictured it. I would highly recommend them the quality and design are stunning.

Our dog chewed through our wooden fence, within minutes of calling for a quote we were quoted and Robert was on his way to repair our fence. He repaired the fence fast, gave is some tips and tricks and even went out of his way to fix some things that were not done correctly by the original builder. We highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future. Also, I might add that this was the only fence company open on a Sunday – huge plus!!

I have again had the pleasure of working with this great company. This year I was able to have the remaining 2 sections of fence replaced, which included 2 gates, and working against a vinyl fence. Robert presented me with options for the gate latches, the crew was always professional and friendly and clean up was fabulous. Use this contractor/ company! they are great!

Excellent company in every way! They built a deck for my mobile home with a railing and two sets of stairs. Every individual I had contact with was professional, responsive, friendly, polite, easy to communicate with, and just a real pleasure to work with. Robert came out the day after I contact him for a bid and got back to me with the numbers very quickly. My project was a fairly low-budget one and FenceWorks NW came through with a reasonable bid. Carlos Herrera is a real artist with his tools, his workmanship is outstanding, and no detail escapes his eye. Willy, his sidekick, worked amicably and diligently along with him. They arrived when they said they would, worked non-stop, and consulted with me whenever they had a question about anything. The deck is gorgeous!

FenceWorks NW was very easy to work with and built us a beautiful half-acre fence to meet our exact needs. They even made a temporary compound for our chickens while the main fence was down. The communication was great, the work is high quality, and work crews cheerful and respectful. I would absolutely use them again except they just built my fence and it’s guaranteed to last for quite a while.

Robert (the owner) and his team are amazing! Robert came out to our place to talk about the fence we wanted built. He was very attentive, listening to our needs both as far as the fence itself and our budget. He provided several options that might best suit us. He never tried to push us to spend more than we were hoping to, and he made sure we were able to get exactly the fence we needed. His crew was great as well and did fantastic work, and our fence is perfect!

The house we bought had a fence 2/3 of the way around the pool, which is of course a huge safety hazard if you ever have small children around. So we got a few bids on completing it, and FenceWorks NW was the lowest priced by over 10%. Carlos and his buddy did the actual installation and did a fantastic job. It wasn’t the most straightforward job since they were retrofitting onto an existing fence but they got a pretty darned close match and it looks great. We’ll be having them back in the future for other jobs, like our deck and decaying pergola.

Robert, the manager came to my home the same day I called for a problem where my home was unsecured due to a previous fence company who installed a gate with no locking mechanism of the drop pin. The job required Robert to fabricate a new latch to make my gate secure. He did so professionally and willing and was very committed to provide great customer service. Robert is able to think outside the box to solve problems with a friendly attitude. I wish I would have called this company first.

I contacted FenceWorks NW about repairing my gate that was damaged from high winds. They not only offered to come out same day to look at it, they verified they were on their way with an ETA of arrival, and they were able to repair it easily within minutes! They installed a 6+ foot chain link fence and 2 chain link gates. They came on time, worked quickly and were real experts. We’re extremely happy with the results and will use them again in the future for any work like this.

Tiny job for them, but a big deal to me – guy showed up fast, did half the work right there and scheduled the rest for next day – fit me in nice and tidy with their larger jobs – I felt so great about hiring them! I had Fenceworks NW come give me a quote and they were fast at getting out to my house same day. We figured numbers and pricing and were able to get dates scheduled right away.
